1. Information Gathering: To kick things off, we’ll collect essential details from you, including your name, address, phone number, and other relevant information.
2. Project Details: We’ll then delve into the specifics of your project, encouraging you to provide as much detail as possible. Feel free to include photos, as they can greatly aid our understanding of your requirements.
3. Technology-Driven Research: Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we conduct thorough research about your property. This includes utilizing platforms like Zillow and Redfin to determine square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and your home’s construction year. We also rely on Google Earth’s street view and satellite imagery to gain insights into your property’s layout and surroundings.
4. Estimate Generation: Once we’ve gathered all the necessary data, we use it to generate a comprehensive estimate for your project. Typically, you can expect to receive this estimate within approximately 72 hours.
5. Proposal Email: Your estimate will be delivered to you in the form of a detailed proposal sent via email. This allows you to review it alongside any other estimates you may have received.

After Choosing Royall Painting:

When you decide to partner with Royall Painting for your project, here’s what follows:

1. Initial Meeting: We’ll arrange an in-person meeting at your property to discuss crucial aspects like color selection, project specifics, and scheduling.
2. Contract Signing: Once all details are ironed out, we’ll proceed with signing a contract to officially initiate the project.
3. On-Site Management: Throughout the project’s duration, a dedicated job site manager will be on-site. They will oversee all project aspects, conduct daily check-ins, and furnish you with progress reports directly. Rest assured, you’ll always be kept informed and engaged in the project.
4. Completion Inspection: Once the project reaches completion, both you and the job site manager will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your property to ensure that every detail meets your complete satisfaction.

During Interior/Exterior Painting:

While your interior or exterior painting project is underway, you can expect the following:

• Minimal Disruption: We are committed to minimizing any inconvenience to your daily life. For exterior projects, you may notice masking plastic on windows and drop cloths in place for approximately a week. We take care to remove all ladders and small tools daily, leaving the site clean. For interior work, we take extra precautions to protect your floors and furniture. We aim to complete a room on the same day we start, although some rooms may be temporarily “unusable” for a day or more. Our ultimate goal is to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived.

Paint Selection:

At Royall Painting, we exclusively use Sherwin Williams paints for our projects, unless matching existing paint is required. Sherwin Williams offers a comprehensive range of high-quality paints. Additionally, we prioritize environmentally friendly options, such as low or zero VOC paints, to ensure a healthy and safe environment for your home.
